Product Introduction
Adopting core German technology for its manufacturing, this ultra-fine grinding and classifier features a compact and rational structure, small footprint, low energy consumption, high efficiency, stable operation, reliable sealing, no dust pollution, simple installation, easy disassembly and repair, and convenient replacement of parts. Depending on requirements, a high-volume air intake cavity and a water cooling device can be utilized for cooling, reducing heat generated during the grinding process. The particle size can be adjusted arbitrarily without shutting down the machine, with the product fineness adjustable within the range of d97 = 10 to 180 µm. It has an excellent dispersing and deagglomerating function for agglomerated materials. The high airflow also makes it suitable for processing heat-sensitive materials.
This series is widely used in industries such as non-metallic minerals, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, coatings, electronic materials, metal powders, food, medicine, additives, and starch. It is particularly suitable for the grinding and classification of dry materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 6 and a moisture content of less than 12%.
