Product Introduction
The Dual-Roller Wood Debarker is a new-generation product independently developed and manufactured by our factory, building upon the foundation of single-roller wood debarkers. With its dual-rotor design and high-speed operation, it significantly improves debarking efficiency, reduces processing time, and delivers superior peeling performance — especially for smaller-diameter logs. It stands as the ideal upgrade and replacement for traditional single-roller debarkers.
Why Debark? Core Values
- Enhance product value – Barked wood chips have a lower market price than debarked chips, and bark negatively affects the quality of the final product.
- Extend equipment service life – Bark contains sand and dirt, which accelerate the wear of cutting tools and blades.
- Reduce production costs – In papermaking, bark consumes more chemicals; debarking reduces chemical usage and lowers production costs.
- Improve combustion efficiency – Debarked wood has a higher calorific value, making it more suitable for biomass energy production.
- Ensure veneer quality – Debarking ensures more uniform veneer thickness during rotary cutting or slicing.
Key Features
Compact dual-rotor design reduces wood damage and handles small & large logs more reliably than single-roller machines.
Hydraulic side-opening system empties completely in ~2 seconds, minimizing downtime and manual intervention.
Built-in bark conveyor + open hopper for continuous feed/discharge, easy to connect with chippers for fully automated operation—only 1 operator needed.
