On July 14, 2026, a customer delegation from New Zealand visited Zhengzhou Jinpeng Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (JP Crusher). The visit focused on the crushing system for a biomass charcoal production line. During the meeting, both teams discussed equipment selection, plant layout, and technical solutions. As a result, the visit built a stronger foundation for future cooperation.
Customer Background
The customer is an important company in New Zealand’s biomass processing industry. They plan to build a biomass charcoal production line and need a reliable crushing solution. At the same time, our international sales team, engineering team, and production managers joined the meeting. Together, they introduced our equipment and answered the customer’s technical questions.
Factory Tour
First, the customer visited our production workshop. They observed the manufacturing process and inspected our machining equipment. In addition, they learned about our quality control system and production management.
Next, our engineers introduced the disc chipper. They explained its working principle, key components, and processing performance. Moreover, they showed how the machine delivers stable operation and produces uniform wood chips.

Equipment Demonstration
After the workshop tour, the customer visited our product display area.
During this session, they showed great interest in the disc crusher and the horizontal grinder.
First, they discussed the materials that each machine can process. For example, they asked about logs, tree branches, forestry waste, and other biomass materials.
Then, they focused on the folding hopper of the disc crusher. They wanted to know how this design improves transportation and saves installation space. As a result, our engineers explained its practical advantages for international shipping and project installation.

After the factory tour, both teams held a technical meeting.
The discussion mainly focused on the crushing process for the customer’s biomass charcoal production line.
